Independent platform help
Independent Lovable app support for production issues.
Lovable support can mean two different things. Official account, billing and editor incidents belong with Lovable. We help when the generated product needs deployment, security, mobile or store-release ownership.
What we own
A scoped path to the outcome.
App Release Ops is independent and is not affiliated with Lovable. This page routes official support requests correctly while giving production problems a concrete path.
Deployment and runtime issues
Reproduce routing, custom-domain, authentication callback and environment failures outside the builder preview.
Supabase and security
Review row-level security, secrets, storage, edge functions and privileged operations.
Mobile and stores
Choose the runtime, add device capabilities and take signed builds through Apple or Google review.
Start with the correct Lovable support path
For official product help, use Lovable documentation and the support route available in your Lovable account. We do not present ourselves as Lovable customer support.
Common production issues we can own
- Custom domain, DNS, redirect or deployed-route failures
- OAuth callback mismatch and sessions that work only in preview
- Supabase row-level security that is missing, too broad or inconsistent
- Secrets or privileged operations exposed to browser code
- Next.js added without a clear route, auth or deployment boundary
- Capacitor packaging, deep links, push notifications and native plugins
- Apple or Google payment rules, privacy declarations and account deletion
- TestFlight, Play testing tracks, submission and rejection response
Use the Lovable to App Store guide for the complete iOS path, the Lovable and Supabase security audit for data access, and the Lovable and Next.js guide for architecture.
