Our default is web plus Capacitor
For most responsive products, the fastest reliable path is to preserve the web application and add Capacitor. Web, iOS and Android share one source codebase, so feature work and maintenance remain cheaper than rebuilding the interface twice.
Capacitor does not block native capabilities. Push notifications, camera, files, deep links, biometrics, secure storage, geolocation, haptics and in-app purchases can use existing plugins. A focused Swift or Kotlin plugin can expose an app-specific SDK when no suitable plugin exists.
We recommend Expo, React Native or native development only when a verified requirement such as demanding gestures, sustained background execution, offline-first synchronization or deep platform UI justifies the second client.

Starting point and boundaries
A deployed web product, working AI-builder project or source repository is enough to start. The standard range assumes a responsive application and a limited native scope. Major product redesign, backend migration, complex offline sync and separate native clients are estimated after the $299 production-readiness audit.
